А: At the moment we ship all our packages from the EU, which means it takes 3-5 working days for your order to arrive to you.

Delivery takes 3-5 working days at the moment. You can track the package on your local post website, and I will be happy to help you track it as well!

Please send me a direct message if there is an issue with your tracking. Usually it's due to the customs delays when they handle many orders at the same time. So far all the packages have made it, so you have nothing to worry about!

Yes but there are some things to remember before you ask for a refund.

- If you would like to return or replace the item, please make sure you contact me first so that we come up with a solution that is best for you.
- We do not accept returns without primary contact via email/Etsy messages with an explanation of the issue and why you would like to return it.
- We accept returns within 14 days after you have received the item. It has to be shipped within 14 days, the postal stamp is proof.
- The item must be returned in the same condition in the original packaging.
- Refunds do not include shipping costs. All the shipping costs are at the charge of the customer.
- The refund is made as soon as we receive the item.

Custom-made items are non-refundable.

If you have already contacted your postal office and there is no track of your item, we consider the package as lost 40 days after the shipping.
We will proceed to a replacement or a full refund.

- We ship to the check-out address, not the PayPal address! Make sure you give us the right address at the check-out!
