If your etsy address & Paypal address don’t match, I will ship to your Etsy address, unless you specify in the "notes to seller" section of the checkout.



I ship CERTIFIED MAIL, but shipments to foreign countries are trackable only within the Spanish borders.

Please note that I can not be held responsible for any loss or degradation that occurred during the delivery of your order.
I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Time frames for deliveries provided by Spanish Post are:

Spain: 10-15 business days
Europe: 15-20 business days

USA: 3-5 weeks
Australia - 3-5 weeks
New Zealand - 3-5 weeks
The buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

The Spanish postal service and USPS are experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time.
You may contact your local USPS or delivery person for updates in regards to regular mailing services.

The customer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning items for either a refund or an exchange.
The shipping fees for RETURNED ITEMS are non-refundable.

In cases where the package is kept at the customer's local post office, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the item. NO REFUNDS shall be issued for NON-COLLECTED ITEMS.

- Wrong address:
Please make sure your Etsy address is correct when you checkout! I will send all shipments to this address and NOT your Paypal address.
In case of incorrect shipping address you order may be sent back to me or even misdelivered.
I am not liable for such kinds of mistakes.

If you noticed mistake, contact me asap. I won't be able to correct shipping address once the item is shipped.

- Package lost:
If your items didn't arrive within 45 days, please contact me and I will log an investigation through Spanish Correos post office. Once this is completed, they will contact your country Post and will both conduct an investigation in an attempt to locate your package. If the package is officially lost, 100% refund is guaranteed.
