Can I Get a Refund for My Order?

I’m happy to offer a refund and cancel your order if the files haven’t been downloaded yet. Can I Print 12x12 Papers on Standard-Size Paper?

Yes, you can absolutely print 12x12 papers on standard-size paper! You have two options: • Resize to Fit: Adjust your printer settings to fit the 12x12 design within your paper size, such as 8.5x11 inches or A4. The design will scale down proportionally to fit the page. • Keep the Square Shape: You can leave the design as a square (12x12) and select the "shrink to fit" or similar option in your printer settings. This will reduce the entire design to fit within the printable area while maintaining its original proportions.

Why are your designs labeled as PPI instead of DPI?

DPI (Dots Per Inch) is a printing term used to measure the number of ink dots a printer places on paper. However, when talking about digital files, the correct term is PPI (Pixels Per Inch), which refers to the resolution of the image. DPI is often mistakenly used for digital files, but it only applies to the printing process. All files in Maishop are designed at 300 PPI to ensure the best print quality.
