Can I request a Custom Order?

Absolutely! While Charlie and I work hard to be creative, we love getting fun and new ideas from you! So if it's a little tweak to a current product or a brand new idea, don't hesitate to ask away!

How do Custom Orders work?

You can request a custom order either by using the "Contact Seller" or "Request Custom Order" button. Through the Etsy Convo System, we will determine and agree on the details of the item, price, and production time. Once those details are agreed on, a link to your Custom Order will be sent to you in a convo. Once you purchase your Custom Order, production on your piece will begin!

When will my items ship?

Digital Downloads are immediately available once payment clears. A link to the download will be sent to your email address associated with your Etsy account. Ready to Ship items will be shipped in 1-2 business days from the date your payment clears. You will receive an email once your item ships with tracking information. The processing time for Made to Order items and Custom Orders varies. Please check your "purchases" section for a projected ship-date. When Ready to Ship and Made to Order or Custom items are purchased within the same transaction, all items will ship together once all items are complete, unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon.

How will my items ship?

All items are currently shipped through USPS using their First Class package service. USPS states that this service offers delivery in 3-7 business days from the date the item ships, but there is no guarantee. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout if you would like your package sooner.
