HOW TO ORDER:
Please review our customization options and in the 'Notes to Seller' area of the shopping cart or via a Conversation to us, please let us know the following:
* Your silhouette and background colors
* Your text (name, date, age, etc.) and font choices
* Need more than one or a different SIZE or COLOR? Just ask prior to purchasing

After completing your transaction:
* Email your hi-res profile photos to: images [!at] simplysilhouettes.com. Not sure which photo to use? Feel free to send several and we will choose the best.
* You will receive your FREE proof within 1-3 business days and can make any corrections at that time. (If you haven't heard from us during that time, please check your spam/junk folder). *Additional proofs are available at no charge. Once you are happy with your order, we'll get it into production. All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
*If you would like to see a proof of more than one photo, there will be a $5 for each additional silhouette that you request.

PHOTO TIPS:
* Have your subject stand or sit up straight, in profile, against a light colored background.
* Position yourself right at their eye level so that you are not looking up or down at them.
* Make sure to include their entire head, shoulders and hair in the photo. The subject should have a relaxed, natural expression on their face. For girls, we recommend having their hair up in a bun or ponytail so that their neckline is visible.
* Action shots tend to work best for full body shots, so that arms and legs are visible, not held close to the body.

Additional copies are available for just $10 (11x14 duplicates not available at this price.) If you are interested in more than one print, please contact us and we'll set up a custom listing for you.

Custom sizes are also available, just ask for details.

* IF YOU LIVE IN THE US, we ship via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking is available but insurance is not (it can be added for an additional fee.)

* IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE US, we ship via USPS First Class Mail. Tracking is NOT available but can be added for an additional fee.

*Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for delivery after final approval of your proof. Expedited shipping is available - please contact us prior to purchase if you need this option. Please add additional time if this order will ship internationally.

Your print will ship unframed in rigid packaging
