All orders are shipped in Priority with a Tracking number. It is a no-sign-required deliveries, the parcel will be delivered in your mailbox.
All orders are being assigned a tracking number that will be included in the shipping confirmation email.
You will be able to track the parcel using the link in your email or your Etsy user account under "My Orders"

The average delivery timeframes are :
- France : 1 to 5 days
- Europe : 3 to 12 days (maximum 15 days)
- United States & Canada : 6 to 21 days (maximum 30 days)
- Australia & Japan : 12 to 30 days (maximum 40 days)

IMPORTANT : if you need your order by a specific date, please take into account the processing time + the maximum shipping timeframe when placing the order !

You will be able to track the parcel until it delivered : Germany, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Spain, Estonia,
USA, Finland, UK, Hong Kong, Ireland, Island, Luxembourg, Malaisia,New-Zéland, Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland. For others countries you will only be able to track the parcel until it passes French borders.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Your Nibbana jewelry should be handled with care at all times!
The gemstones are natural and may vary in shape and color.

Try to keep your jewelry away from water, lotion, perfume and other harsh chemical as much as possible. Absolutely never wear the jewelry in a pool or the ocean. Moreover, we recommend that you do not wear your jewelry while sleeping or during sporting activities.

Each Nibbana jewelry is sent in its own signature Nibbana black velvet pouch. When not wearing the jewelry, it should be kept in its original Nibbana pouch.
