Please make sure your shipping address on Etsy account is correct.
Orders will ship to the address listed on your Etsy account. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct address is listed. Items will not be refunded if they are shipped to the wrong address. You will be expected to re-purchase your order if you would like that I send it out again to the correct address.

I ship within: 3 - 6 business days normally

In general I post my designs via Standard mail with tracking number and they deliver them on the recipient’s mail box (signature is not required upon delivery). I may have to use Registered mail (signature required upon delivery) for some delivery such as tiaras because of the size of the parcel but it does not change shipping price for the customer.
If you prefer Registered mail (signature required upon delivery) for you order, please contact me prior of placing the order, as there is an additional charge that depends on the country destination.
Parcels are shipped by French post however delivered to the customer by their national postal service, i.e USPS, Royal mail, Australian Post, Canadian post etc.

After receiving the confirmation email with shipping confirmation of your order:
You should normally receive your purchase within:
5-12 days in Europe, 8-22 days in the US and Canada, 12-30 days everywhere else.
These times are *estimates*. Seller can not be held responsible for delayed shipping times. Please be sure to plan ahead and order early!
Be aware that customs may cause delays, so delivery times are not guaranteed.
