Federica was super helpful in packaging this album with the custom engraving, the colored buttons and the gift package! Peima to ship, showed me the final result, exactly as we had asked! She was always available also via message in keeping me updated!

The album is of excellent workmanship, the photos depict it in a really faithful way. Federica was super nice and helpful: there was a delay in the shipment (regardless of her will) and she literally did everything possible to meet me and ensure delivery by Christmas.
