I designed this end table to fit into your Mid-Century Modern, Scandinavian or Minimalist space!
My Spider Leg design comes from my interest in making tables where the connection between the legs and the top isn't a straight line. The legs offer a variety of visually intersecting angles without being too busy.
The Steel Legs are cut from 3/8" thick stock, fabricated and painted black. Each leg attaches to the top via 3 bolts through a welded top-plate into threaded brass inserts.
The solid Walnut top is 7/8" thick and has a subtle curve in its length and width. The natural finish is Danish Oil with an overcoat of Renaissance Wax buffed to a low luster.
Please keep in mind that these are made to order. Using natural materials always produces some differences in the finished piece. The figure of the wood will be unique to your table. I happily keep in touch while I'm making it to show you the progress!
