Our goal is to provide you with the best and most accurate historical products so that you can do your best recreation of history. While that is extremely important to us, it is also important that we find the best and most environmentally friendly reproductions for you to use- because we care about our planet. So with that said, we were looking into toothbrushes and realized the best route we could possibly go would be to make sure the toothbrush we offer is not only historically sound but also biodegradable.

While some may prefer bone toothbrushes to wood, these bamboo ones are a great substitute. The reason being- not only is this toothbrush handle biodegradable, but because bamboo has such an amazing growth rate- its constant self-renewing ability means that deforestation is not necessary. So while we understand that historical men and women would not be brushing with bamboo- we do understand that it is the best wood choice for a sustainable planet. So you can be historical ( we have extent examples of wooden toothbrushes) and you can save the planet.

SHELF LIFE: Unopened products that are stored in darkness with cool temperatures will last one year. Once the product is opened, they have a shelf life of 3 to 6 months.

I have hormonal gingivitis, with flare-ups on my tongue and gums during 2 out of the 4 weeks of a usual month. these bristles are soft enough for me to brush my tongue and gums without hurting/damaging sensitive spots, but still provides a really good clean.
