All items are made to order, please allow generally 3-5 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays) to process your order. Once your order is processed we will ship via USPS First Class Mail, please allow another 2-5 business days once shipped.(depending on destination) IF you are in need of your item in a certain time frame please message us before placing an order so we can discuss what other options we may have. Please understand that once the items are checked in with USPS its out of our hands if it takes longer to get to you than the normal 2-5 business days that the USPS try's to deliver for First Class Mail. We will however try and track down your package and see why there is a delay, but again we can not control the mail and if USPS makes mistakes at the processing centers. We hope you understand this.
