These plates are handmade from iron red earthenware clay. Each piece is unique and different in some way, as all pieces are handmade. The listing is for ONE plate, please specify in your shopping cart how many you would like in your set!

Plates may be ordered in various colors and rim styles – pictured. Make sure to indicate which rim style you’ll be ordering! We make a traditional flat-rimmed plate and a more modern tall-rimmed plate (see photos for pictured styles). Be sure to choose which color you’d like them glazed in the drop-down menu, as well as your rim glaze preference – raw or glazed. To add multiple colors to your set, you’ll need to add each glaze and rim option and its desired quantity to your cart as separate items.

Made-to-order pieces take roughly 1-2 weeks to complete. Remember that we make each piece from start to finish, so please allow plenty of time for each piece to be made properly. Handmade things take time! If you need something sooner than the allotted 1-3 weeks, please message us, and we can work something out. Note there may be a rush fee.

All pieces are food, oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe, though we always recommend washing your KJ pieces by hand.
