Regular mail are available, this type no requires sign to be delivered (directly to the mailbox). This method is economic, but does not includes replacements or refunds, in case of lost, the company post does no give the option to claim it.

I POST everything using registered/certified letter delivery method unless you specify otherwise (only trackeable for some European countries.), this method requires signature for being delivered.

Once international have left the country of origen there is no way to track your packages because each government has their own postal systems.

DELIVERY ISSUES:
- All international registered letters have an associated tracking number that include in the shipping confirmation message. This tracking number is used to locate a shipment when delivery times have been exceeded. If the package has not been delivered, to locate them I require to file a claim at the post office. Here start an international investigation to locate you parcel. This process begins through the claim and can last up 60 days.
If the result of the investigation indicates that the shipment is lost, I will be refunded the money of the item/items, as well as the shipping costs.
But if the report indicates that the shipment was delivered to the recipient, the purchase money and the shipping costs will not refundables, and not replaceable. If this is a issue for you, you should file a claim at your local post office using the tracking number.

- No such number
- Unclaimed
- Not pick up
- Refused
- Attempted not known
- No such Street
- Unable to forward.
