In the notes to seller - please include color card stock along with special wording for your topper. Also include the date the topper is needed.

Hand-created and beautifully packaged, this pretty little thing will be delivered in a kraft flat mailer via USPS first class mail.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing. The topper(s) are sent via USPS First Class Mail domestic shipping, which can be up to 7 postal days (not including holidays & Sundays)

Priority domestic shipping can be up to 3 days.

International shipping can take up to 4 weeks due to oversee’s travel and country's customs.

If the topper(s) are needed in the same week of purchase, please purchase the proper priority shipping to help ensure the topper arrives for set date. This will be the customer’s responsibility.

Glitter card stock paper is used for cake to cupcake to custom toppers. The toppers are glued with craft glue together and affixed by a wooden pick(s).

When taking topper out of the clear plastic envelope, please pull the folded tape to remove the topper. Please do not pull the paper when removing. There will be extra heart designs for customer to use in their decor.

All packages are sent via USPS Priority mail, which can be up to 3 days to deliver within the states.

This method provides protection for both the customer and seller, $100 of insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation.

If international shipping - packages will be sent via USPS first class mail, which can be up to 4 weeks due to customs.

Natalie is a life saver. My sweet friend scoured the internet for 'She asked' 'she said yes!' Cupcake toppers and could only find HE asked ones. Of course my friend didn't tell me until Monday, and plans to propose on Friday, where we will have a small party with cupcakes. I messaged Natalie who responded so fast. I explained my situation and she told me to place the order and she would get on it ASAP (She did advise me to pay for the faster shipping, which I did). They arrived today (Wednesday) and were packaged with so much care. They are EXACTLY what we wanted and are so beautiful. I can't say Natalie will always have time to rush order your purchases, but she clearly loves what she does and really cares about making her customers happy.
