All our goods are made to order and production times are clearly displayed within each item. If you require delivery more promptly, please let us know and include a note with your order, this may however be subject to additional charges.

UK Shipping:
Items are sent to UK addresses by Royal Mail using either the 1st class or 1st class Signed For service, where a signature is required. Special Delivery (guaranteed before a set time) is available on request. Delivery to UK addresses usually takes between 1-3 days from the date of dispatch.

If you are ordering for a specific date and would like your goods couriered, this can be arranged for additional cost. Please contact us before placing your order.

Personal delivery within (or just outside) the M25 is available, please contact us for details.

International Shipping:
International orders are sent using a standard service, delivery times will vary but are usually between 5-10 days from the date of dispatch. A signed for, tracked service is available on request.

POSTAL DELAYS are beyond our control. Please factor in time scales for postage when ordering your item. Any delay of goods held in customs, is not the responsibility of Mrs Brown, all relevant custom forms (CN22) are declared.

Customers outside of EU: Mrs Brown's pricing & shipping fees DO NOT include Custom duties & import fees. Any levies are the responsibility of you, the customer and are payable to your Postal department upon receipt of goods.

If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please get in touch to discuss options. Most of our baked goods can be produced wheat and gluten free, we are also able to produce egg and dairy free options to suit your needs.

All of our baked goods are nut free except where specified, however please be aware that our kitchen is NOT a nut free environment.
