How do we contact you

Please message via etsy messages as that is the only way we communicate with buyers or potential buyers. We do not use the email attached to our etsy account with buyers. We also do not text message. All communication needs to be via etsy messages. This protects both the buyer & seller and has all communication linked to the order to refer to.

Where is your color chart?

My color chart is the last picture in all my listings.

Do lids come with your cups listing?

My listings for cups do not mention lids but under size when ordering if you select Lids + cups lids do come with your order. It is an added item at a higher cost. and not part of the original listing unless selected under size when ordering.

If ordering cups I have sizes to choose from that you select during ordering so make sure to scroll the options.

Custom and personalized orders

I do not offer font as my machine messes up small font too much. You can select custom colors when ordering and with a purchase message during check out make sure to message me the exact colors wanted for the vinyl decals or the vinyl decals on the cups. Make sure to message exact color names from my color chart that is the last pic in the listing to avoid any order delay. Always feel free to message me via etsy with questions. Email is ignored so just via etsy messages please.

Are your cups disposable and BPA free?

Yes, all my cups are quality durable disposable cups and BPA free.

Can an item be returned?

We currently offer a free shipping guarantee on all items. Our shipping cost is calculated into your orders already. Upgraded shipping is not included in that offer. If package comes back due to incorrect address or for any other reason no shipping fees are refunded due to them already being paid to USPS. If item needs to be resent you are responsible to pay a shipping fee that USPS will charge.

How long will it take to get my item?

All items are made & ready to ship out within 1 to 3 business days. Then, vinyl stickers & cups ship USPS ground advantage mail approx. 3 to 5 business days shipping time (after make time and not counting weekends or holidays). All items get a tracking number sent via Etsy once I pay for and purchase the shipping label. You can upgrade shipping to priority mail at check out. Priority mail includes insurance via USPS and tracking just like ground advantage but it ships faster if needed in a hurry.

You are purchasing 9 oz 10 oz. 12 oz. or 16 oz. clear plastic BPA free disposable cups with vinyl decals on them that is pictured OR decals only with no cups.

You also have lid + cups options so if lids are wanted make sure to select Lids + cups or no lids come with the cups if cups are ordered. Different quantities on cups, lids + cups, and decals are available in the drop down menu when selecting size. You can always message me if you need more available.

I always ship with a tracking number etsy will send you.

Decals only option is also vinyl but for you to place on your own items ( again no cups included in the decals only option). If 2 or more designs the total decals is divided evenly. Example 20 decals =10 of each design pictured. One color per design per order.

Decals are Approx 2 1/8 inches tall & Approx. 2 inches wide.

Color chart is last picture in listing so select the color wanted for the decals. Colors will vary due to monitor settings.

Take pictures at your party of your guests drinking out of the cups bought with the decals on them or place the decals that you bought on your own cups, glass, paper, or plastic smooth flat surface to get pictures of. Great for a birthday party, baby shower, or just for some good fun.
