Copyright does not transfer with sale. Copyright remains with Angèle Kamp which means designs may be resold to others.

New trademarks are registered daily & Angèle Kamp will not be held responsible if you purchase and sell a phrase that is trademarked

• Up to 500 units for sale are allowed with my designs
• Purchase an extended license if you intend to sell more than 500 units
• You may not modify, create directly competitive products, resell the original files, redistribute or use as freebies
• You may not use my designs 'as is', for example, digital products, printables, stickers, cutters, stamps, stencils, POD sites, apps or embroidery
• You may use my designs as a part of a greater design like wedding invites, logos or web design
• End products must be significantly different from the original designs & require time, effort, and skill to produce
• You may use my SVGs 'as is' to create physical handmade products like woodwork, apparel & decals

• All fonts may be used for commercial use & unlimited projects like mugs, woodwork, logos, apparel, decals.
• You may not resell or redistribute the original font files in any way or use as freebies or giveaways.
• You may not modify, or create a derivative of my fonts for your own use or sale.
• You may not embed my fonts in templates or web themes where buyers can extract and install the fonts for further use.
• You may not include my fonts in apps & software.
• You may not use my fonts to create embroidery fonts, SVG fonts or stamps. Contact me for a license.
• Please purchase one font per user (multiple devices per user is allowed).

• Mockups & stock photos may be used for commercial use & unlimited projects to display your artwork or use for your website, print & social media.
• You may not resell the original files, redistribute or use as freebies or giveaways.
• You may not include my mockups & stock photos in apps & software.

• Art prints are Giclée printed on high-quality, 300 grams archival watercolor paper that look like the originals.
• All monitors are different, colors may appear different to what you see on your screen.
• Artwork is packaged carefully and shipped unframed. Depending on the size they will be sent in a flat mailer or tube.
• Depending on your location shipment is via USPS or UPS & arrive within 2-5 days from time of shipping. Allow 2-3 weeks for shipment for originals.
• Buyer is responsible for customs fees & import taxes.
• Art prints are printed to order so all sales of prints & original artwork are final and may not be returned.
