Personalised orders cannot be returned, for instance if you want me to punch holes in a belt that you have purchased, keep this in mind before requesting personalisation.
Custom orders can not be returned.

I do take on custom orders, sometimes. Most of the time however, I am extremely busy keeping stock levels up to date and creatingmy own designs, so expect 90% of the time a 'no' upon your request.

Wholesale is welcomed and I would be happy to discuss terms for that, do however keep in mind that this is all handcrafted and no sewing machines or other big machinery are used in the process, so a request for 1000 handsewn pouches may be a tad much.

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days after receipt of goods and any returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt at your own cost, with goods undamaged, unworn and completely intact. Please contact me about the return, before shipping out.
You will not be refunded any shipping or handling costs made for the return of the item and the original shipping costs will not be refunded either, only the item price. A refund will be awarded once the goods have been received intact.
Only stock items are eligible for the return policy, custom made items, pesonalised items, loot boxes and sale items are not.

Many costumers in the Netherlands (or sometimes Germany, UK or Italy) ask me to bring their items along to an event we will be visiting, if you think this might apply for an order you wish to place, please do not hesitate to contact me so we can work something out. Events and groups that are currently being visited on a regular basis are: Conquest of Mythodea, Lucca Comics and Games, Ravenskeep, Booyah and Vortex Adventures.

It is also possible to pick up your order in Apeldoorn, at the workshop.
