This frame with glass inserts arrived with a large piece of glass loose from the frame, another broken piece of glass and an entire missing piece of glass. All this with a hundred dollar shipping charge. Now If I am to use this frame for what I intended, I will have to glue one large piece and find replacements for two other shaped pieces of vintage glass to replace the broken one and the missing one. I am disappointed to say the least.

How disappointing. It's a shame you posted a complaint here before reaching out to see how we could rectify things for you. It's always a challenge to ship glass and the package was well packed with plenty of Fragile and Glass stickers. It was a beautiful piece and was obviously mishandled along the way. Mishaps have happened on the past and we have always been able to reach a mutual agreement with our customers before they post poor reviews.
