Most items can be changed or personalized upon your request. Just ask or leave request in notes. Unless personalization is a listing option, you will need to purchase the engraving listing.

Some items...., afghans, quilts, paintings are not made to order in a timely manner.

I accept returns for any damaged items. Please contact me with any problems with your item.
Upon your message, I will review my photos of your item to verify damages. If damages are done during shipping, I will need pictures of the damages and packaging for insurance purposes. A refund will be issued, and I will handle any insurance claims. Return of the item would be decided between the buyer and I at this time.
Due to being a small business, we can not accept returns due to change of mind and spelling mistakes by the buyer. Please be sure to spell personalization correctly.
