All monograms are embroidered with state of the art embroidery machines to provide you with the highest quality results. We do not use heat press or vinyl. Everything we make is embroidered. Refer to the photo of the sample font style chart in each listing to see samples of the lettering font styles that are available. To see the full alphabet in any font style go to the link below. This is an important step so we recommend you take the time to preview the full alphabet to ensure you are going to love what you select.

We embroider monograms exactly as you give them to us. We don't rearrange the letters, so be sure the letters are in correct monogram order. If you are unsure, be sure to ask us before ordering. Monogram font styles are shown on the right side of our font style chart. Fonts 12, 18 and 26 are in the order "first middle last". All other monogram font styles (on the right) are shown in the order "first LAST middle" with the last name in the center, taller. Give us the person's full name if you don't know the proper monogram order. The correct order will be determined by the font style you choose from our sample chart. Monogram font styles are on the right side of the chart, name font styles are on the left side of the chart.

Size charts are typically located in with the product photos. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions regarding the size of any item. Our bride and bridal party wedding shirts are men's oxfords. As such they will be over sized on most women. Smaller sizes are available upon request. Some items are unisex and run bigger for women. Please contact us before you order if you have any questions or if you need additional measurements. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part. Be sure to check the sizing and ask questions before you order.

Rush Orders - You must get approval before you order. Please do not request a rush in your order instructions unless you've already received pre-approval from us. We don't always see your notes and instructions right away so if you do not get pre-approval for a rush, your order may not arrive in time to meet your deadline.

Each item is customized and embroidered to your specifications upon ordering and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. If there is error on our part we will replace the item entirely at our expense. Please notify us of any issues with your order upon delivery so we can assist you. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so please ask all questions before you order.

We ship USPS & UPS at our discretion and provide tracking & insurance. Your satisfaction is important to us so contact us immediately with any delivery issues. Provide a correct/complete shipping address with your order. Shipments returned for incorrect address provided by a customer will require added costs which are the customer's responsibility. The USPS advises to ship only to people currently registered to receive mail at a shipping address. Using someone's name who doesn't receive mail at the ship address can cause the order to be returned. We are not responsible for lost/delayed orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by a customer. We will assist as best we can with recovery efforts if you make a shipping address error.

Yes! Upon request, we're happy to send up to 3 complimentary proofs after an order is placed. A proof is a graphic preview of your personalization in the font style you requested. Request your proof in your instructions when you order, and we'll send a preview to your inbox. Once we send you the proof, you have 48 hours to approve or request changes to the personalization. Failure to reply or communicate with us during the proofing process will result in our designer making final decisions when your scheduled ship date arrives. At that time we will proceed using our judgement. Check your Etsy inbox if you've requested a proof and reply or you will forfeit your ability to approve or make any changes when you ship date arrives.
