The monstera arrived with a healthy root system, and they were packaged well. I ordered two plants and both of their biggest leaves had some brown crisping, but shipping does tend to take a toll on plants. All the other leaves looked great though, and there were already some new leaves starting to sprout. Overall I recommend buying from them! :)
