How do you grade pearls?

Unfortunately, there is no industry-wide standard for pearl grading. Different sellers may have different grading system. So a seller's AA pearl may be better than the AAA pearls from another seller. We grade our pearls based on their luster, blemish and shape. Here is the general grading table: AAA, Luster Extremely High, Blemish 95+% Free AA+, Luster Very High, Blemish 90+% Free AA, Luster High, Blemish 90+% Free A+, Luster Good, Blemish 85+% Free A, Luster Good, Blemish 80+% Free Some pearls on our shop may not have the grade. Please note that doesn't mean these pearls quality is below A. If you want to know the general quality of these pearls, please check their luster and blemish numbers.

Why the white pearls are not white?

Natural white pearls have different overtones, for examples rose, silver, cream or yellow. They are considered as white in the pearl market. If you need a particular color, please write your requirement during checkout.

Are there any regulations to import goods?

We ship our products all over the world, so we do not know all the rules and regulations in each country. Importers are responsible to know importing regulations in their own countries. For example, when importing some shell items to the USA for commercial purposes, the US Fish & Wildlife Agency may require the importer to have a permit. Please contact us if you want to know more about regulations in your country.

What is the return policy?

We accept returns, as your satisfaction is guaranteed! Please send the product back within 15 days of delivery. We will refund the product cost when we receive the return. We refund shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. Otherwise, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please do not send the product back to the sender address on the parcel you received. You must contact us to get a return address. Custom orders are not able to be returned or refunded.
