I spoke to Loris - who advised that they are no longer shipping out of the EU - which is why I got a refund. I did question why he didn't update me in the message and also why I got a Poste Italia update. Loris advised that it seems to be an issue with Etsy and he is talking to them. 3/5 due to the comms issue and confusion with shipping. The shoes are top quality though
