It took around a month for my bike lock to arrive. This was after I reached out to the seller several times for an update. Keep in mind - the seller is located in Nashville, TN - I am located in NC. He simply forgot to ship my order. Once my bike lock finally arrived, it was over 4 inches shorter than the sellers listing had described. Being that I ordered this bike lock with its specific length in mind to accommodate my bikes dimensions... the difference in size meant that the lock I waited a month on was now useless, as it didn’t fit my bike. So frustrating. To their credit, the seller was apologetic and immediately accepted my request for a return with a full refund. That said... it’s a bike chain. It shouldn’t be so complicated. The entire process was tedious and complicated. I would not recommend this shop.

Great item! The leather is high quality, soft, and a hasn't left one scratch on my bike. I have already received several compliments on the unique style. I was very happy to see that the lock came with two keys, and that the leather wrapped lock was a good size and very solid. The chain inside the leather is pretty heavy, but sturdy. I feel way more confident when I lock up my bike while running errands.
