Shipping was delayed, but Perla was responsive about it. The packing tape around the box wasn’t completely secured when my package arrived; luckily my purse was not damaged. Perla included a very sweet note and a nice gift. The purse was in very good condition, and the inside was quite clean. The purse even smelled clean, like fresh laundry. I was very impressed at how well it must have been taken care of.

I did not receive the item. I did not receive communication to the messages I sent Perla. I worked with my cc company to resolve the charges. I would not order from this person.

I don't know what happened to the shop owner but I never recieved my item. As far as I can tell it never shipped and Etsy had to intervene to get me a refund. Don't buy from this seller as they are not currently active and you will not get your item.
