Custom and personalized orders

Please send over any guidance on what your gear is to look like after purchasing your vest. I will work on proof of your gear and will send the proof for your review 3-5 days before the ship date for your review and approval. With your purchase price, I include a proof of one theme and up to 4 edits. Edits can include changes to the text, position, colors, etc. Large scale changes such as changing the design to another idea, changing the theme, changing the shape of the vest, etc... will result in revision charges. My shop does not accept cancellations. In the event of an approved cancellation, the order may be subjected to a 20% fee if a proof has been created.

When I digitize or designing any of the content of a custom order (patch, leash sleeve, sign, capes, including layouts, fonts, composition, etc), Patience and Love (P&L) will be the intellectual property owner of all such content it creates on behalf of its customers, and unless otherwise agreed upon between the parties PRIOR to ordering, P&L shall have the right to reuse any such content in the satisfaction of any other order. This includes if a layout template was sent along with the order for reference and the final product looks like the template. By purchasing from my shop, you agree that the final design that is created by P&L will be the intellectual property of P&L.

Printed gear policies

POLICIES RELATED TO all uploaded content to the design creator tool: You cannot upload designs to the P&L design tool that you don’t own or have permission to reproduce. This includes pictures, images, characters and the like created by someone else. You also cannot use someone else’s trademark without permission, either within your design or to identify or promote your designs. Whether or not you have legal permission to reproduce a design or a trademark is not something I can determine for you. It is your responsibility to understand the permissions associated with any design you upload.

I do not accept order cancellations or returns of customized items. However, in the event we mutually agree to a cancellation, a cancellation fee up to 50% of the order may be required if I have already created a digital proof for your order or purchased materials (physical or digital) for your custom order. If a return or exchange is approved, it must be returned in like new condition (no alterations, dirt, hair, etc). If it arrives in a condition other than new, a refund may not be possible or a restocking fee up to 50% may be required. Return shipping costs will only be covered if I provide a shipping label for you to print. In the event you ship it yourself by purchasing your own postage, I will not be able to reimburse postage costs.

Please be aware, the S&R vests run a little small in general when compared to the other sizes. For example, a 20" SNR will run on the smaller size with it being between 19-20" in size while a 20" long body will run roughly between 19.5 and 20.5" in size. I only make vests to hole sizes due to the tolerances.

~ABOUT OUR SLEEVES ~
These sleeves are a great way to make sure your dog stands out in a crowd. They slip on to most sleeves and are made to last. All text is embroidered directly into the fabric and the 3 snaps make installation very easy. The sleeves are think and do not bunch up. They also have a pouch on the inside which makes a great place to put a clean up bag. The leash wrap fits up to a 1" strap and can wrap collars or even harness straps.

~CARE & CLEANING~
The sleeves are very easy to keep looking great. They are machine washable in cool water on the gentle cycle and, while we prefer to line dry, they can tumble on low heat as needed. Low heat iron can be used; just do not iron the snaps.

~SHIPPING~
Your leash sleeve will ship within the timeframe listed on the listing (near the shipping information). Each sleeve is handmade to order and a portion of every sale goes to a local animal rescue. We do offer rushes for additional charge, and this will guarantee a quicker shipment. (Contact us for additional info on rushes).
