This item's quality is reflected in its cost. 97% of the way through my baby quilt, the foot broke and I needed to break its' plastic casing and fix & lubricate it. That said, I was able to do so fairly easily (although I've stripped the screw heads so I won't be able to do that again) so the foot is working well again. No regrets on the purchase, but others should be aware.
