The belt I purchased is amazing and the customer service was excellent - express post to ensure delivery by father's Day! I was, however, disappointed to discover that this is not an Australian handmade business! While the company is based in Perth, the item I received was made in South Africa. In future I will be purchasing from an Australian handmade business, not an Australian business that IMPORTS items made overseas.
