✼ Orders that are sent internationally INCLUDING those that are GIFTS, will have a copy of the invoice and customs declaration label attached. This is a legal requirement.

I will cover up the buyer notes on the invoice but both product name and price will be visible on the paperwork.

I know that many gifts are ordered and sent as a surprise so wanted to ensure that buyers are fully aware of this requirement before purchasing.

✼ Customs and import taxes ✼
Buyers (or receivers, if sent as a gift) are responsible for any customs, import taxes and mail handling fees that may apply for EU delivery addresses. Check locally before ordering if this is a concern.

★ All delivery times shown on Etsy are estimates. I strongly advise ordering well ahead of time for Christmas and for special occasions.

Many outside factors can impact on delivery times both with UK and International orders. Your patience with any delays is appreciated.

I am happy to help try and track progress but keep in mind that I usually only have access to the same information as yourself.

Non-arrival of order: I will either re-make OR refund you.. Royal Mail require 14 working days after the due date to have passed before considering a 1st/2nd Class item lost, this increases to 25 working days for International items. It is only at this point that I will re-make or refund your order (refunds will be minus postage costs).

Made By Mrs Jones artwork is delicate and fragile in nature. Care should be taken when opening parcels and handling artwork.

Artwork should not be hung in full view of sunlight to prevent colour fading.

I also advise not hanging Made By Mrs Jones artwork above radiators as this could potentially cause the adhesive on the foam pads to dry out over time.

Unfortunately, due to an increasing number of different factors, including costly EU packaging laws, there are some countries that I can no longer send artwork to. Currently these are:

✼ Orders are posted on Tuesday and Thursday each week
✎ Messages will be replied to Mon-Fri, 9.30am - 7pm. (Approval photos will often be sent on a Sat/Sun).

After ordering: I will be in touch a day or two before the scheduled dispatch date for your order (shown on your receipt) with your approval photos. Artwork will not be dispatched without approval, please check email and junk mail folders to avoid delays in dispatching.

Frame details can be found on each product listing where applicable and are subject to availability, if a colour is not available it will show as SOLD OUT online. There can often be quite a wait for frames to come back into stock from suppliers.

HOW TO CUSTOMISE

• Use the 'Add your personalisation' box to provide the map locations and text details for your artwork (as appropriate).
• Your choice of worldwide locations may be cut from atlases/maps, sourced online or scanned and printed onto card if they need to be scaled to fit.
• Maps can be centred on country/city/town names will and these will usually be the most colourful options.
• I can also work with specific areas, roads, landmarks etc. However, these maps are often much paler in colour so bear this in mind if you are hoping for a colourful final artwork with interesting maps.
• Text can be printed in any language, please provide it as you wish it to be printed.
• Any further details can be sent via Etsy message.

PACKAGING
Your artwork will be protected and packaged securely to ensure safe delivery.

• All artwork (except mini frames) is wrapped in a cellophane sleeve and turquoise tissue paper as standard

• Framed orders are protected in a strong cardboard boxes and unframed artwork is securely packaged in rigid cardboard mailers.

GIFT WRAPPING

✼ Your artwork will arrive wrapped in printed Kraft paper, with turquoise satin ribbon and a hand-written gift message of your choice.

✼ If you are sending the gift directly please do ensure that the correct address is entered at checkout; it is essential that any country taxes are applied correctly.
