Unfortunately I never received your product. Though I received a carrier notification of delivery. UPDATE: I received this today via USPS. Apparently shippers notify us as 'delivered' when they pass it to USPS for the final mile. That was 6 days ago, but it's finally arrived & all is good. Thank you! I look forward to seeing how this will improve the collars on my work shirts.
