If you are trying to match a specific color, we highly recommend ordering color samples first. Our color chart is for reference only, and the colors shown may vary between individual monitor settings.

I'm sorry, but we do not provide mock up's of our designs. Colors will vary from monitor to monitor, and mock up's will not be a 100% true match to the actual material colors. We highly recommend purchasing colors samples if you are unsure of color selections.

Yes. All of our orders are shipped USPS First Class/Priority Mail which includes tracking. You will receive your tracking number when we mark your order as shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to get scanned in at the depot and to update in the USPS.com system (not including weekends).
Etsy will mark your order shipped at the time of us generating your shipping label. With that being said, your order may not be getting picked up by USPS until the following day.

International orders outside of the USA may have additional duty / custom fee's at the time of delivery. These fee's are not set by us, and are not collected by us. These fee's are regulated by your country and have nothing to do with us the seller/shipper.

If an order needs to be re-shipped due to an error that the customer has made, the customer is responsible to pay the shipping.
