This is a three ring binder that holds standard 8.5 x 11 sheets of paper.

The three ring binder is made from eco-friendly recycled stock, printed by hand with black ink. The illustration wraps from the front of the binder around to the back cover. Standard printed recipes on 8.5" x 11" sheets fit perfectly when hole punched or slipped into sheet portectors. It is a 1" binder, which will hold approximately 175 sheets.

On the spine is a gem of a quote from everyone's favorite hero of the kitchen, Julia Child, "People who love to eat are always the best people."
