Are your items handmade?

Yes! All physical items in my shop are 100% designed and hand knitted (or crocheted) by me, stitch by stitch.

If I make a purchase today, when can I expect my order to be shipped?

1. Made to order items ship within 2 weeks after payment clears. (I always do my best to ship sooner.) 2. Ready to ship items ship within 3 business days after payment clears. 3. Knitting and crochet patterns (PDF files) are available for download immediately after payment clears. 4. If both ready to ship and made to order items are purchased in the same transaction, all items will ship together when the made to order items are finished, unless otherwise agreed.

What is the format of your patterns? Are they printable?

All my knitting and crochet patterns are standard downloadable and printable PDF files. They can be viewed and printed using free Adobe Acrobat Reader DC software.

Do you combine shipping?

Gladly! Make sure to purchase several items as one order to get combined shipping.

If I like the design in your shop, but want a different color, can you help me with that?

Many of my items have color options available. Please check the color chart in the pictures to the listing and give me your choice in the Note to Seller upon checkout. If a color chart is not available for the listing, you're welcome to contact me. I'll do my best to accommodate.

What languages do your knitting and crochet patterns come in?

At this time, all of my patterns are in English only. You're welcome to join me on Instagram for updates.

Can I sell items I make from your patterns?

Yes, in most cases. You are welcome to sell finished items that you make using my patterns, unless otherwise stated. Patterns are copyright protected. They should not be copied, sold, displayed publicly or distributed in any way.
