My sales on Etsy.com are subject to UK law, including the Consumer Rights act 2015, and The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Dispatch varies on each item, please see listings for estimated time frames.

Royal Mail's expected delivery times are:
UK 1-3 working days from dispatch
EU 3-5 working days from dispatch
Rest of World 5-7 working days from dispatch
Please note, these time frames are only estimates and can take longer. International deliveries are not notifiable as lost until 20 working days (25 outside Europe) after the Royal Mail's expected delivery date.

International customers are responsible for the payment of all local taxes, customs duty, processing and import fees.

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct at the point of purchase, as I am only able to deliver to the original address on the order. To alter the address, a new order must be placed. Please get in touch for help.

Cancellations and Returns
Valid items may be returned for a refund in the same condition as upon customer's receipt of the item, when requested up to 14 calendar days after delivery. A cancellation notice must be sent before the 14 day period has expired. Please see below if you would like to use an official form, otherwise get in touch through Etsy messages. Orders cancelled after dispatch must still be returned. For returns, buyer must pay for return postage. Items exempt from return include custom portraits and digital downloads. Please note, the only country within the EU that I currently deliver to is Ireland. Customs duties and taxes cannot be refunded.
