All items are made to order.
Usually it takes 1-3 days to 1- 4 weeks to finish a project depending on the project itself. BUT when there is a long order queue, time of shipment could be longer. Shipping the items may take from more than three months in some cases.
I do my best to finish orders as soon as possible and ship them imediatelly, but please take into account that all items are hand knitted and made to order. They are unique, made of quality materials, knit with care to last for a long period. And they'are offered in amazing prices.

I start knitting first order - first as long as i've received the payment.

You'll be notified with a message when i ship an item , with a tracking number and a link.

I ship using Hellinic Post, first class, registered. The items are trackable and signed for.

Usually, for a product to arrive to your country, it takes 5-7 days for Europe, and 10-15 days everywhere else. If you think that your're facing unusual delays, despite the item is shipped, please use your tracking number provided to search the item at your local post office. You could write to me for assistance.

Any duties and fees, if apply in a country, is customer responsibility. Shipment does not include these costs.
