Custom and personalized orders

Proofs are only sent upon request. If you want a proof it will add 2-5 days on top of the processing as we will need to set up & wait for your approval. Pricing includes up to 2 free proofs. Additional proofs with changes are $ 5 ea. a link will be sent with second proof if needed.

How to fill a custom order?

Please be sure that you put the name/date to be used in the personalization area, so we can fill it correctly, otherwise it delays your order. We use that information and the layout from the item you ordered to create the personalized gift.

During the holidays, shipping may be delayed. We do not refund for delayed packages due to shipping carrier. Be sure you put the correct shipping address of the recipient upon checkout. If you message later to change it, it may get missed.

Custom and personalized orders

Price for Complete Custom Pieces include 1-2 proofs. Additional Proofs with more changes are $5 ea. If a Proof was sent which was customer approved: and an error is found upon arrival after customer approved , customer has the option to re order item with the corrected text/logo.

Cancellation of any order is within 24 hours. After that time frame, orders cannot be cancelled because production has already began for the item.

What type of text and photos can I submit for engraving?

We are happy to engrave family - friendly text or photos. However, we will decline any order that contains vulgar language or photographs.
