Materials: natural cedar trees cut into circles

Each rough sawn aromatic red cedar piece will measure between 9" and 12" in approximate diameter* at the widest and 2" in thickness. Photos are of similar sold pieces, but we are happy to provide a photo of the slice we select for you prior to shipping if you request this in the order notes.

Select the desired size from the drop down “size” menu. The listing is for 1 piece in the selected size; it is completely natural, not sanded or finished, except around the edges to knock off any potential rough edges. Bark may or may not be present; request if bark is preferred.

*A note about size/measurement: the measurement listed is the approximate size (rounded down to next full inch) across the widest part of the slice. As these are not completely round, it may be less wide at another part of the piece. As you can see from the photos, these are "imperfectly perfect" - cedar trees can grow in some unusual shapes and are rarely perfectly round. Each is unique, but as beautiful as these shown. Really nice rounds, there wasn't much bark around it at all which is what I really wanted. The only minor issue is that one of the rounds now has a big crack right through the center so unfortunately, I just can't use it. But I use it for woodburning pictures and has to be close to perfect for me to use it. All in all they are a great price and thick enough to be able to cut in half long ways!
