Gift wrapping and packaging

Every Order is packed ready to gift. There are no packing slips or information about the pricing placed in the shipping box. If you would like to include a note, just leave me a note at check out with what you'd like it to say and tada! You can even leave their address in the "ship to" section of your order and I will mail it straight to them for you. If you would like to have your order gift wrapped there is an option at check out to gift wrap for $5. We would love to send your special gift and take the stress out of gift giving.

Stamps: Clean your stamp with the stamp cleaner to get old or stubborn ink off. then wipe with damp paper towel. If needed, an old toothbrush will get all those pretty details clean. No cleaner? Easy, you can still clean wet ink off with a damp paper towel. Its best to use cleaner between different color inks. Tumblers: All Swig tumblers can be placed in the dishwasher. The top sliding piece of the lid does pop off for cleaning. Place the top on the corner, slid in open position, and using a thin utensil, push down on the slider. I will make a loud pop. Once clean pop it back into place.

Store your ink pad with closed lid, upside down. This helps keep your ink at the surface of your ink pad for future use. DO NOT store sideways. The ink will leak out the sides and you may have a mess to clean up.

Custom and personalized orders

YES! We love custom orders. Do you have an image you want made into a rubber stamp? send it to me in Etsy convo or at Nicole@yellowBess.com and we can take a look at it. Does your image need some changes in order to become a stamp? I am happy to help with changes, I charge an additional design fee of $20. If you aren't sure about your image, send it to me and we can chat.

Every single custom stamp is priced per size. Some of most popular sizes are: 2x2 or 2in Dia $39.95 2x3in $43.95 2x4, 3x3 or 3in dia $49.95 .... and so on...

How large of a stamp can you make?

I can make a stamp with one side max 8in x 8+in But I personally don't recommend anything larger then 4x6in because the 'jumbo' size ink pad is roughly just a tad larger then that. The next size ink pad is silly expensive.

Another color other than a Robins Egg Blue Handle?

No. We have one color handle. If your heart is set on something different, I can put a black handle before its painted on your stamp. If this is what you'd like please leave this in the notes at checkout.

Custom Address Stamps

Yes. If you have an image, or you are making changes to a design I already have then it is not longer an address stamp but now a custom stamp. Custom Stamp prices apply. I have certainly made edits to allow a companies information to work in the design of an existing address stamp design, but new designs for you it turns into custom.

I can not promise that the USPS shipping schedule will be on time. Once the package leaves my hands and USPS takes it, it is no longer my responsibility if there are delays. I am not responsible for lost packages that are marked delivered. I will help you look for it and work with you to try and solve the problem.
