Absolutely amazing. Stacey took a couple photos and a video and made our late dog Missy into a plush. She communicated a timeline in the beginning and it was spot on. She took some photos before shipping and she was receptive and responsive to a last minute adjustment and we couldn't be happier with it. The plush is realistic but doesn't veer into uncanny valley (e.g. not creepy!) which is great.

ABSOLUTELY BALLING WHEN IT CAME IN THE MAIL AND I SAW HIM!!! my cat went missing over a month ago and I missed him so much I knew this amazing lady would help more than I could imagine and I was right! I’ve never cherished and appreciated something more and I love my Cheeto look a like so much! Means the absolute world to me and she is the best at communicating/responding and all around the sweetest person!! I can’t explain how much this means to me or how much I appreciate it. Thank you so much for something so sentimental I can keep forever. ❤️ WITHOUT A SINGLE DOUBT RECOMMENDED!!!
