Mugs are high quality ceramic. The text and image on each mug is very sharp - we do not allow poor quality mugs to leave the shop. The mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe because of the dye sublimation process that we use. This process chemically bonds the ink to the mug surface. You can expect your mug to last a very long time with regular use.

We make our mugs nearly every day so we ship very quickly, usually in 1-2 business days (longer for larger orders).

If you need your order by a certain day please ask ahead of time - we will respond quickly.

Mugs are shipped via USPS Priority mail and are packed very well. We rarely have a mug break during shipping, but please read our Policies for how we handle this.

We make mugs just about 7 days a week. We often can ship orders the same day if the order is received early enough (although not guaranteed) and we almost always can ship the next business day. We ship via USPS Priority mail which takes 2-3 days to most locations. If you need a more specific shipping estimate please contact us. (Note: In November and December our backlog will grow and it may take 1-2 days to make and ship your order).

Yes - we can personalize and/or customize mugs. If you want text added to the back (names, funny message, etc) just select one of the ordering options with the word "custom" in it, and place your requested text in the Notes to Seller before you place your order. Or if you want to change the color or make a simple change to the existing design just do the same thing. (Some mugs can't be personalized, namely the 2-sided designs).
