For collar sizing please see the size chart included in the listing photos. We are happy to customize sizing for you if you feel the chart doesn't fit your pet. Do not size up, our size chart allows for wiggle room. If you size up then the embroidery will likely be covered.

A fabric protectant spray will help keep your collar cleaner for longer. Spray before use (not while on dog)!

For collars, machine wash on cold on delicate with buckle closed and in a lingerie bag or pillowcase (to prevent snagging of embroidery) with color safe laundry detergent and lay flat to dry.

Collars & leashes typically ship after 5-7 business days.
Bow ties and flowers usually ship after 1-3 business days.

The medium 1" to XXL collars are made with a heavy duty quality nylon with a 4200 pound tinsel strength, cotton with an interfacing for durability, a welded D ring, quality plastic contoured side buckle, and a wide mouth triglide...and then its triple stitched with industrial quality thread. Side release buckle collars are not intended for heavy pullers. (XS to Medium 5/8" collars are made with lightweight nylon)

Although we have great quality collars, we do not offer a warranty due to dogs being dogs.

For use only on dogs. Not for tie-out. Sizing should allow room for 2 fingers to fit between the item and the neck. To avoid risk of ingestion or entanglement, supervise pet when using this collar. Not for use during containment or crating!

For 1" and 1.5" wide collars, the number is smaller than the name.

For 5/8" wide collars, the number is the same size as the name.
