CAN I USE MY OWN COLOUR SCHEME?

Yes, designs can be adapted to match your wedding theme, room decor, favourite colours etc. Just select 'custom colour' from the colour drop down option box when ordering and leave a note with your colour requirements and text for personalisation when going through check out.

WHAT SIZE GUEST BOOK PRINT DO I NEED?

This depends on the amount of guests at your wedding and how much space you want to allocate them to write. The listing description gives a guide of how many signatures each size print will fit or how big each space is on designs with defined spaces. It's worth noting that couples and families may sign as one rather than individually.

WHAT PEN SHOULD BE USED FOR SIGNING GUEST BOOK PRINTS?

We strongly recommend using a pen with archival/pigment ink to last as long as your archival print and find that fineliners are less likely to smudge and bleed than rollerball pens or thick markers. We usually recommend Sakura Pigma Micron Fineliners in the thicker 04 to 08 sizes which should be available from most art/stationery stores. We recommend taking several pens along incase guests leave them uncapped or walk off with them in their pocket!

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Estimated shipping times: UK 1-2 working days Europe 3-7 working days USA/Canada 10-15 working days Aus/NZ 10-15 working days Orders are sent via Royal Mail standard (tracking info not supplied) and timescales quoted are a guide only and not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for delays at customs etc it is the customers responsibility to order in good time. In the unlikely event your delivery does not arrive please get in touch so we can investigate. Please note: Royal Mail does not class items as lost until 20 working days after the expected delivery date for Europe & 25 working days for USA/rest of the world. We cannot be held responsible for loss or delays where a customer gives an incorrect delivery address.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As all orders are sent standard untracked mail, we are unable to provide tracking info for your item.

CAN YOU SUPPLY A FRAMED PRINT?

Unfortunately we are unable to supply frames or mounts but all our prints are standard sizes so you should be able to pick up a frame easily.

WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF BEFORE MY ORDER IS PRINTED?

Yes, you will be emailed a digital proof of your order within 3 working days to make sure you are completely happy with your print. Please ensure you carefully check all proofs as once the proof has been ok'd this is exactly what will be printed. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for printed errors that are approved by the customer and any resulting re-prints will be charged to the customer. If a customer does not respond to approve their proof within 7 days of it being sent, we will create the order based on the information supplied and will go to print without proof approval.

CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

As our products are personalised and custom made, we are unable to accept returns. However if there is an issue with your order, please notify us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation. In the unlikely event that we make an error, the customer will be offered a reprint or refund. Refunds will not be given for mistakes that were approved at proofing stage by the customer. We are not obliged to accept cancellations, however we may do so at our discretion if work on the order has not commenced. If the design work has started, we will refund minus a £5 fee for the work carried. If it has already been sent to print, we will be unable to cancel the order.

Please leave your text for personalisation in the notes to seller section when ordering. For this print you will need to supply the couples names, wedding date and wedding song or first dance title and artist. Please check text carefully as whatever is supplied is exactly how it will appear on the print. You will then receive your digital proof within 3 working days and once we have received your proof approval, your order will be sent to print and dispatched within a further 2 working days.
