Please do not wear your jewelry in water, to bed, when using chemicals, lotion, perfume.
Aluminum is lightweight and can be buffed to remove scratches.
Brass and copper are both natural metals that oxidize in raw state, they will require polishing if customers prefers the clean look.
Sterling silver requires regular polishing and Sterling cleaning products as it naturally tarnishes.

Returns.
I don't accept returns on personalized items.
Under no circumstances are urns approved to be returned. Even if they are unopened, it is against my state law to resell an urn.

Unauthorized returns are not permitted. Please don't return any items without consent.

I currently do not offer gift packaging automatically with all of my orders.
They come in a cellophane bag on a necklace card. The gift selection at checkout only notifies me to remove invoicing.

My jewelry, personalized and otherwise is all HAND STAMPED.
Hand stamping is done by hand. I take a small steel rod with an alphabetical/numerical/design on it, and hit it onto the metal using a hammer and my own brute force. This leaves the impression on the metal. I don't stamp on the back for these reasons.

So it's sort of like a rubber stamp onto paper. Except harder to do.
Hand stamping is not perfect and it is not mea th be perfect. A lot of my items are free hand made with nothing to guide me for placement. I have had many hours of practice to perfect my skills.
I do not stamp the back of pendants as it can mess up the front. If you need additional charms you can purchase in the extras section of my shop.

My production time is currently set at 1 week on most items, sThis it the time it takes me to create items, please understand I service many people, from different sites and locally.
You will be emailed tracking information when your item ships, you can also check your account for shipping information and expected shipment date. Please do not request by dates as these will not be read or seen, customer is agreeing to shop production schedules when they purchase an item.
Most US customers have their item in hand in about 1 week
Please understand that I am not in control of the USPS, please purchase early to avoid missing deadlines: especially major shopping holidays.

International times can vary and I will never guarantee delivery times

If packages are returned to me buyer is responsible to pay for shipping the item out again. Please make sure there are no errors in your address
If there are any issues with tracking your package, or delays with USPS please understand, once it leaves my hands and is scanned by USPS I cannot tell you exactly what's happening and why. The steps we need to take is to contact the post office and open necessary cases.

Some international orders will be subject to taxes proposed by your country (i.e. UK, some Canada, and some Switzerland, and Italy) please check your country laws to see if this applies to you. The buyer is responsible for these taxes. 4-12 week delivery time is normal depending on location.

Please beware. ALL FLOWERS and Contents for the resin items take the resin differently. All flowers, paper, ribbon may look slightly different in resin, this includes, absorbing some of the resin. Please if you are not happy with the current state of your flowers, you will most likely not be happy with the finished product, putting the flowers in resin will not help improve the color. Please also, ONLY send me what you want in your resin keepsake. If you do not want a certain item, please just don't send it to me. Shipping the flowers to me, I will send you a prepaid shipping label, ONLY if you live within the US. International orders will need to ship on their own.

When you are in the process of checkout there is a "notes" box. Please put the names and or birthstones that I need to complete your order.
If you don't it's much harder for me to fulfill your order. Please check your messages as if I message you and you don't reply this may cause a delay in me shipping your order
If you don't leave a name I may send blank depending on your item.
Orders that don't have birthstones left in notes I send a random color.
I don't stamp on the back of items, you can purchase additional charms if needed, please don't request stamping on the back in your order details, this will be surpassed and your order will ship with out it. Message me if you have any questions
