Yes! All items are priced wholesale. We run shop wide sales, and offer coupon codes which can be found in our announcement section of our Home Page. We also offer quantity and large quantity discounts on our listings. You will find these on the listing Drop Downs.

Most of our items ship 1-4 business days. A business is Mon-Fri. We do not ship orders on weekends or Holidays. If you have special crisis and need quickly, please message us by Friday 12 noon, and we may be able to ship on Saturday for you. We do our best to ship your order on Time. Sometimes our supply shipments get delayed and can affect shipping. We will let you know if there is a delay in shipping. We offer many handmade supplies from our shop, these may take the full 4 days to process your order. We appreciate your patience. We offer Fedex 2nd day, Express Mail from our shipping menu options at check out. These orders are processed 1st. All expedited order need to be placed before 12 noon for 1-2 day processing/ shipping

If you are unhappy for any reason, Please message me within 7 days of delivery day. We offer Refunds or Exchanges. Required to contact us prior for approved returns. Returns are 7 days from receive date. No returns after 7 days. Items must be returned in a bubble mailer, pkg rate WITH TRACKING, and returned in the same condition sent to you. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee and adjust the free shipping when order goes below $49 Refunds less original shipping. Customer pays for shipping. Exchanges are available, and will collect the difference in price plus shipping/tax, and ship once original item is received No returns for custom items , cut wire or cut chain. Returns not accepted on Cut gemstone strands.

Yes, we offer shipping insurance. Insurance protects your investment. You will need to select from the shipping drop down section at Check out. Recommended for high theft areas or LIVING IN APARTMENTs where mis-deliveries can be common and USPS will not provide insurance for apts with shared mail boxes. Insurance is your only protection Sorry, we cannot add insurance after the order is placed. For Free shipping orders, Etsy defaults to free shipping for over $49 orders, but you will want to make sure you select from shipping DROP DOWN , shipping with insurance. If you message me, I will refund you for the shipping if you were to receive free shipping but want the added insurance protection.

REFUNDED items from orders with FREE SHIPPING and COUPON/SALES

If you received FREE SHIPPING from a $49 required product order and you want to return part of the order, we will adjust your refund less the cost of shipping we paid on your behalf. If you qualified for a discount/coupon code with a minimum order, and returned partial order, and this takes your order below the required amount, we will adjust your refund less the discount provided To avoid the above, you can exchange your items and this will preserve your free shipping and discounts from your order.

Sometimes you place an order and forget to order something else. Etsy does not allow us to reopen the original order and add items to it for your protection. To help, you will need to place another order we will merge your orders ONLY if you placed those orders on the same calendar day. We will REFUND a shipping overage refund of $3 on the 2nd order. We incur etsy fees and additional cost for shipping/insurance that is not refundable to sellers with merged orders. Merged orders are not required by Etsy, but we do offer this as an added service.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any VAT, DUTY /TARIFFS that may apply to order . I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. We ship all international orders FEDEX which low cost shipping. FEDEX may charge a broker fee in some countries when they have to collect these taxes on your order. Please check with your countries customs or contact FEDEX in your country for the amount due in regard to taxes, duties and tariffs.
