All our orders are created and personalised for you.

If the order requires any information from yourself (ie names or clothing sizes) you will find a personalisation box within the listing, please leave all the information we require here.
Please double check your personalisation as how it appears will be how it appears on the product, including spacing and punctuation

If you see something within our store but need to tailor the item to suit and would like a custom order please contact us and we will be more than happy to try and accommodate your requirements.

We do offer combined shipping.

Each item you add to your basket from our shop, shipping will automatically combine.

Each item in our store has a different processing time, the information is quoted on each listing.
However the majority of the time, we will process and dispatch your order before this stated time, unless its a busy period (i.e Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day).

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and sent recorded and tracked delivery. Once your order has been dispatched we will update the order with your tracking number. The order will then require a signature upon delivery.

Due to some of our processing times and your order potentially being personalised, it is not always possible to change your order as we may have already started your order or dispatched the item.

We do recommend always checking all details of your order before completing the transaction, however if you do notice something is wrong please contact us as soon as possible and we will always try our best.

We always do our best to ensure every order is perfect, however mistakes can happen. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you notice any problems and we will rectify as soon as possible.

If you send us a message via Etsy with your order number, an image of the issue and a description of the problem.

Change of mind - You need to contact us within 30 days to let us know that you wish to return the items, then return them to us. They must be in the original packaging and in perfect selling condition to receive a refund.

** Personalised items can not be returned unless damaged, defective or incorrect due to no fault of your own as they are custom made for you. Please contact us in this instance.

*Please note buyers are responsible for return postal costs. A refund is given for the item but not for the return postage costs

We only provide proofs, if discussed for custom orders.
However if you feel you would like to see your a preview of your order prior to printing please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss this.
