In the event of shipping damage Please contact me immediately. It is important you keep the original box and packing materials for inspection. Take pictures of the damage and emailing them to me is required in order to receive compensation. They require pictures to file a claim and there are time limits. I double box to avoid this problem.

Occasional washing with mild soap and soft cloth will extend life. Clear gloss with UV can be applied seasonally.
