We have three candle sizes available. The average burn time for each is:

-4 oz. candles-15-20+ hours (Perfect sample size, ideal for small rooms)
-8 oz. candles-40-50+ hours (Great all around size, ideal for medium to large rooms)
-16 oz. candles-80-100+ hours (For the candle LOVER, great for large rooms and open floor plans)

There is a size guide photo shown on each listing. Please look at ALL photos and read the item description before you make your purchase. We take the time to include these photos and write these descriptions so you know exactly what you are ordering.

We love custom/personalized orders and gladly accept them. We can create a personalized label for any special occasion or event. Message us if you have a custom order request. We would love to help with your event.

Things to include in the "notes to seller" section at checkout for custom orders:
-Type of event/occasion

-Message, quote, greeting, or names (If adding a photo or logo to a candle you will need to send this to us via Etsy messages)

-Theme or colors you would like incorporated into the label.

-If you would like a design we have previously done before, specify which design from the pictures (for example, you can say "I would like the design from picture 2.")

*Let your candle form a complete wax pool each time you burn it. This prevents tunneling and allows your candle to burn evenly all the way down to the bottom.

*Keep your candle wick trimmed to 1/4 inch as needed. Be careful not to trim your wick down too short as this can cause your candle not to stay lit. Using wick trimmers is the BEST way to trim your candle wick.

*Keep out of reach of pets and children. Do not burn candle unattended. Avoid burning your candle in drafty areas.

Please follow these instructions to achieve the optimal burn time from your candle.

Your candle may have a white-ish or crystal like appearance. This is called frosting. Frosting is a normal trait of soy wax and does not affect the scent or quality. Refunds are not given due to frosting as it's not a flaw but a characteristic. Frosting is more noticeable in a candle that is dark in color. Not crazy about the frosted look? No problem, request a dye free candle in the "notes to seller" section at checkout. Your candle may not be completely smooth on top which is also another trait of soy wax.

At times soy wax may appear to not be adhered to the glass in certain areas. This is not a flaw but a characteristic of soy wax. It does not affect the scent or quality of your candle and refunds are not given due to this trait.

At this time we only ship within the United States and we offer $8.75 Flat Rate Shipping on ALL orders and FREE shipping on orders of $35+.
Please understand that if you are shipping to multiple addresses then you will need to place a separate order for each address. Thank you for your cooperation. Free Shipping over $35 is only to ONE location.

Our processing time will change at different times during the year, especially during the holiday season as we process a larger volume of orders than usual. PLEASE view our shop announcement for our current processing time. Our processing time is also figured into the estimated delivery date range that is shown on each listing. Please keep in mind that this date range is an estimate and may change.

In the rare event that an order does arrive damaged, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of delivery). Take 2-3 photos of the damaged item in the box that you received it in. Please contact us as soon as possible and send the photos (this is for USPS insurance purposes). We'll send you a replacement as soon as possible. PLEASE use caution when opening your package, broken glass can cut!

The majority or our orders are shipped via USPS priority mail and should arrive within 2-3 business days. Although it is not a common problem, orders can get delayed during shipment. If your order is delayed during shipment, please understand that we can not control this. We are not responsible for delayed packages.

Please make sure you use the correct shipping address when you complete your purchase. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address then you (the buyer) are responsible for additional postage for us to ship it to the correct address.

If you live in an apartment, sometimes there is not a secure location to leave your package. If this happens, USPS will leave a notice in your mailbox that your package is available for pickup at your local post office. They will typically hold your package for 30 days and if it's not picked up then it will be sent back to us. If we receive your package back due to being unclaimed, we will refund you back for the product but NOT the cost of shipping. No refunds on personalized orders.

Due to sanitary reasons and the fact that most of our products are personalized, we do NOT accept any refunds or exchanges.

PLEASE contact us if there is a problem with your order. Our top priority is to make sure that our customers are happy!

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Only one coupon code is valid per order. You can not combine coupon codes. If we are running a shop wide sale and you also have a coupon code, you can not combine your coupon code with the sale. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

Gift wrap is an additional fee of $2 that you have the option to add on at checkout. Candles that are gift wrapped come in a brown kraft box with our logo sticker on the outside of the box.

If you would like to see a label proof for a custom order before the order ships or a photo of the finished product, please request this in the "notes to seller" section at checkout. If you do not request to see a proof or photo of the finished product then we will not send one.
