– HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose your favorite style in the customization area.
2. Once you placed your order, send 2-3 photos of your pet via Etsy or at marion[at]petportraitsbymarion.com.
3. Sit back and relax while I create the portrait. I will send you a proof within 48 hours via email.
Unlimited revisions until you are happy with your portrait.
4. Once you are happy with the result, I will have your portrait printed and shipped to you.
Alternatively, if you have chosen digital files, I will send you the final high-resolution files via email.

You will receive a jpeg and a pdf file. You will be able to use the pdf to print your portrait at any size without losing quality.

Epson Ultra Premium Luster Photo Paper is in between a gloss and matte finish, providing you with highly saturated, maximum ink coverage.

• I suggest a picture of at least 1000 x 1000 pixels.
• Close-ups are better.
• Pet sitting up or standing up, rather than laying down.
• Bright lighting works the best (outside or bright rooms).
Let me know if you have specific needs (colors, size, etc).

2. I will send you a proof via email within 3 days after purchase.
Unlimited revisions until you are 100% happy with your portrait.

It usually takes me 3 to 5 days to complete and send you the first version via email.
Then you can ask me for as many changes as you’d like. The time of completion will depends of the number of changes that you ask.

As my work is custom based on the customers own pictures, I cannot accept returns/exchanges (Article L 221-28, 3 ° of the French Consumer Code)

For Prints and Canvases: those that are damaged during shipping or lost in transit will be replaced. Any and all claims that are requesting reprints must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving your order
