• Oak: Strong, hard and durable, has pleasing texture. Resistant to scratches.

• Walnut: Colour ranges from light tones to the dark browns, most prestigious due to the richness of its grain, softer and lighter than oak and thus less resistant to scratches.

• Acajou: A type of mahogany. Prized for its beauty, durability, and exotic reddish - brown color. Lighter than oak and maple nevertheless resistant to scratches.

• Maple: Hard, durable, resistant to scratches.

• Hornbeam: Birch family wood. Hard, durable, resistant to scratches.

Handwash only. Do not place in the dishwasher. Clean and dry after using. Always leave it vertically. If after washing your board is a bit rough, treat it with food safe mineral oil or buthcer block conditioner. You can also use extra virgin olive oil. Please keep in mind that it can darken your board; but it will better prevent any water stains on the board. Over time with more application of the oil or conditioner the wood would absorb the oils and seal, so the less treatment it will need. Few times a year if it is needed you can sand it with 220 sand paper.

Because of their customized nature, any personalized items cannot be returned for refund.
Please contact us right away (in a few days after you receive the item) if you are at all unsatisfied with your item.
If your piece is not right due to a mistake on our part we will gladly refund (full or partial according to the scale of the mistake) or exchange your item.
Orders can not be cancelled or changed if they already processed. Please contact us to see if a change to your order is possible.
Please read carefully the care instructions given with your cutting board.
If oil or a wood conditioner is not used after regular use and washing, the board could possibly crack and warp.
We cannot refund or replace a board because of improper care.

In the unlikely event that your purchase arrived damaged (injury that prevents the usage of the cutting board and the coasters, or if the damage causes major diffrences on the item's surface) please contact us immediately; so, that we can arrange a replacement (if it is broken or unusable) or a partial refund according to the scale of the damage. A photograph of the damaged item with the packaging (DO NOT THROW AWAY THE PACKAGING) will be requested for claims purposes.

!!! Packages need to be opened infront of the courier and if there is a damage occured damage report needs to be regulated !!! If there is no Damage report we are not able to open the case as a seller.
